What is the Healthy Habit Jump-Start Program?  

Formally known as the weight management support group, this 4-week program is geared towards those looking to live a healthier lifestyle, make behavior changes that will last a lifetime, and end the cycle of yo-yo dieting. The healthy habit jump-start program will provide support, accountability, and realistic nutrition tips and recipes. 

All LIVE support group classes are held on Mondays at 6:00pm via Zoom conferencing. ​Topics include: goal setting, meal prep hacks, late night cravings, hydration, motivation, eating on the go and more! More details for how to join the live classes will be included in your welcome email.
